Update Hurricane Hanna

Effective immediately, Binding Authority has been reinstated for wind business for Personal Lines, Builders Risk, and all Commercial lines in the state of Louisiana and the following Texas CountiesAransas, Austin, Bee, Brazoria, Brooks, Calhoun, Cameron, Chambers, Colorado, De Witt, Fayette, Fort Bend, Galveston, Goliad, Hardin, Harris, Jackson, Jasper, Jefferson, Jim Wells, Kenedy, Kleberg, Lavaca, Liberty, Live Oak, Matagorda, Montgomery, Newton, Nueces, Orange, Refugio, San Jacinto, San Patricio, Tyler, Victoria, Waller, Washington, Wharton, and Willacy.

Binding Authority has also been reinstated for new wind business for Builders Risk in Alabama and Mississippi.

 


Any application that was uploaded on/after July 23, 2020 at 8:00 a.m. CST will be effective that date binding authority is reopened. Applications for new business or endorsements for increased coverage may now be bound, written and issued.
