Do your customers want to know the status of their claim? Find out through text!
If the insured signed up for text communication when they called in their claim, they can text their questions and get a response. (Please allow a few hours for us to research the claim and respond to you.) Example questions:
- "What is the status of my claim?"
- "Who is my field adjuster?"
- "I need to talk to someone regarding Loss of Use."
Or, they can text anything else they would like to know.
After they received the initial text message and opted in by typing 'Yes' - let your customers know they can begin texting questions immediately.
If your customer has not received their welcome text, please call our Insurance Service Team at 800.627.0000 and we can re-send the opt-in text or sign them up right away.
Please note: The text option is not available for Flood Claims.
